Exciting new integrated business with solid financing, an exceptional executive team, a state of the art processing plant producing premium products including organic seeks a Business Development Manager to recruit farmers who will become contract growers for and shareholders of the company.
Territory: NE Iowa, SE MN, SW WI.

Qualified Candidates will have
- A track record of success selling to farmers (seeds, feeds, contracting, agronomy, etc.)
- Have a basic understanding of barn construction
- Business savvy to help develop a financing program with the executive team
- Ability to overnight travel 25%
