The role you will play:
- You will work with the incumbent to learn and capture what they know.
- You will spend 6-12 months shadowing them as you develop and learn how to:
- Lead customer-focused sales processes to build trust and create value.
- Monitor and improve the production performance of current accounts.
- Identify and engage key prospective customers.
- Build relationships with industry influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Provide top-notch customer support and stay updated on genetic and production technologies.
