 The role you will play:
  • You will work with the incumbent to learn and capture what they know.
  • You will spend 6-12 months shadowing them as you develop and learn how to:
    1. Lead customer-focused sales processes to build trust and create value.
    2. Monitor and improve the production performance of current accounts.
    3. Identify and engage key prospective customers.
    4. Build relationships with industry influencers.
    5. Represent the company at industry events.
    6. Provide top-notch customer support and stay updated on genetic and production technologies.
