An American-based, fast-growing leader in the dairy nutrition space is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven National Accounts Manager – Dairy to take ownership of key account management efforts across the U.S. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead and drive growth within 15–20 existing high-value accounts, while identifying and developing an additional 15 strategic targets. What Needs to Be Accomplished
Year One
  • Take full ownership of 15–20 existing national accounts
  • Identify and develop 10–15 additional strategic accounts
  • Strengthen relationships with nutritionists and key decision-makers
  • Establish clear account plans and growth strategies
  • Support the implementation of a team-based bonus structure tied to margin goals
  • Drive gross margin growth across the assigned portfolio
Year Two
  • Contribute to the integration of monogastric product lines into the account base
  • Expand influence within distribution channels
  • Serve as the key liaison for major accounts, building long-term loyalty and value
  • Play a critical role in maintaining the company's 30–35% annual growth trajector
