Summary:
Purchasing Manager will provide leadership and direction to optimize the procurement functions ensuring the best value for all their MRO purchases.
The role you will play:
- Evaluate their current purchasing processes and procedures, vendors/suppliers to optimize the purchasing function
- Provide capable leadership to achieve procurement strategic initiatives and operating plans including:
- competitive cost reduction
- supply and price risk mitigation
- achieving budgets and forecasts
- continuously improving end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
- Provide capable procurement leadership
- Set and achieve productivity, delivery, innovation and customer satisfaction performance goals for indirect sourcing, supplier relationship management and procure-to-pay.
- Achieve business unit and corporate objects as well as procurement profitability performance goals.
