A family-owned, innovation-driven animal nutrition company is seeking a visionary Ruminant Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across the U.S. and Canada. In this newly created role, you'll own the ruminant species P&L and build the sales strategy, team, and structure from the ground up.

You'll work closely with technical and marketing counterparts to create integrated growth plans, while leading a high-performing, motivated, and group team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Ag Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years leading sales teams in animal nutrition, feed, or related markets.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. beef and/or calf production systems.
  • Experience with dealer networks, distributors, and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Passion for science-backed, natural solutions and hands-on leadership.
  • Located in a beef-dense region (Upper Midwest, Plains, etc.); flexible for the right candidate.
