Sr. Dairy Nutritionist

A large feed manufacturer in the upper Midwest seeks a well-seasoned Dairy Nutritionist looking to step up into a player/coach role, helping 5 consultants provide more value to their customers while growing the overall market.

This Sr. Dairy Nutritionist will utilize some junior consultants to assist him with his clients, allowing him time to coach others and develop additional accounts.

This role can be located anywhere in Southern, Eastern, or Northern Wisconsin.

THE JOB

• Your windshield time
  1. 75% of your time with your accounts and developing more
  2. 25 % of your time with 4-5 associates, developing their skills, solving on-farm problems
• Work with the Head of Dairy to create sales/marketing strategies, programs and pricing
• Develop relationships with vendors to ensure the team has the tools and training needed 
• Stay on top of industry trends, networking with commercial and university contacts
