The Job
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of products within swine and poultry channels.
  • Focus on Pork Power Houses
  • Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, increasing product awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and provide market feedback.
  • Facilitate meetings and plant tours, presenting technical expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with integrators, veterinarians, nutritionists, and key industry players.
To Be Considered for This Opportunity
  • Must reside in the Upper Midwest (IA, IL, MN, SD, WI, or KS, MO) and travel 40-60%
  • 3-5 years in a sales or business development role, with a focus on swine, turkey, or layers business
  • Has established network with Top 40 Pork Producers and a proven track record of sales success.
  • Has the ability to engage with PhD-level professionals and technical and non-technical customers.
  • A team player who seamlessly collaborates with technical services, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Independent and driven, wanting to build the business from the ground up.
