Mae Elicano

A year after earning her degree in Communication, Mae began her career at Continental Search as a Talent Scout. In less than a year, she was promoted to Recruiter, with a particular focus on poultry live production and feed milling. Mae works with family-owned and mid-sized poultry operations, across broilers, layers, and turkeys.
