Using a consultative approach, our team of accomplished recruiters provide clients with powerful hiring tools and exceptional talent to meet and exceed their business goals.  Since its inception in 1996, Continental Search has helped nearly companies over 500 professionals.   Our firm has two divisions of expertise: Animal Health and Nutrition, and Agriculture Technology and Manufacturing.

In a day when the consuming public is becoming increasingly conscious of the importance of professional, ethical and business standards, NAPS is proud to be a pioneer in setting the bar high for the search and staffing industry.

Four of the six recruiters on the Continental Search team hold the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) credential that is offered by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Candidates for CPC certification must demonstrate a broad knowledge of employment laws and the legal implications on the work of direct-hire and temporary staffing professionals. The CPC is perhaps the most comprehensive recruiting and staffing industry certification. Through the process of certification, candidates for certification confirm their fundamental understanding of the laws which govern the employment relationship in the United States.  Those who possess the CPC credential must meet continuing education requirements of earning 17 continuing education hours annually.
