Since 2011, our team has excelled in filling vital roles within the live production and processing sectors of integrated pork and poultry companies, as well as supporting growers and packers. Our success is attributed to the expertise of our Division Manager, Jim Hipskind, CPC, who possesses over 30 years of valuable recruiting experience. Jim has successfully placed candidates ranging from individual contributors to Vice Presidents, and from small-scale growers to the largest producers and packers in the USA. His extensive knowledge encompasses a wide range of areas, including General Management, Operations, Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Transportation, EHS, and Live Production.

In 2022, we proudly promoted Maria Codilla to the position of Practice Manager for Live Production. Initially specializing in the swine industry, Maria quickly established herself as a successful partner for both producers and genetics companies. Building on her accomplishments, Maria expanded her clientele to include the poultry production sector in mid-2023. This expansion reflects her dedication and ability to adapt her expertise across multiple domains, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive and tailored support in their respective industries.
