This process has our team identify 75 prospective candidates for a search (or exhaust the market) and reach out to each twice via both email/text and voice calls.
We provide a slate of candidates or a report showing what you need to revise in your employment offering to attract the talent you seek within 4 weeks. We then work within your structure to help facilitate a review, interview, selection, and offer acceptance process.
