First, I would like to thank the 100+ survey participants for their time and information. Remember that we did not include tenure as part of our criteria when reviewing this survey. Someone with three years of experience in a role will appear the same as someone with twenty.

Our tools (and available time) do not allow for the complexity of adding tenure to this survey. Twenty-one respondents did not fit into the predefined categories, including individuals working in maintenance, human resources, sales, logistics, and one CEO.
