They’re hiring a Dairy Consultant to support producers across the region with a focus on on-farm results, expert service, and real-world solutions. About the Role
This isn’t a behind-the-desk job. You’ll be in the field, on farms, building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. Your role is to understand each dairy’s specific challenges and offer tailored solutions-whether that’s adjusting a ration, bringing in a technical expert, or simply being a steady, reliable presence.

Thanks to strong onboarding and ongoing development, you’ll grow into a well-rounded consultant with the ability to support herd health, nutrition, and operational profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will come from backgrounds in ruminant nutrition, agronomy, or genetics and bring:

 – A BS in an applicable field
 – Experience working with or within dairy operations
 – A customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
 – The ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team
 – Willingness to travel regionally, with some light overnight stays
