Cris serves as our Live Production Recruiter, with expertise that ranges from assisting pork producers managing 20,000 sows to partnering with top-tier Pork Powerhouses. While she recruits for a wide array of roles in swine and poultry live production, her focus is on filling key positions, including Production Management, Farm Management, Service Manager, and Heads of Department (HOD). Her commitment to excellence is evident through her completion of the Foundations Training by Next Level Academy, a prestigious program that has rapidly enhanced her recruiting skills.

Cris is passionate about staying up to date on developments in swine and poultry live production. Starting in 2026, she will oversee our annual Swine and Poultry Live Production Salary Surveys and closely track industry compensation trends.
