Jim Hipskind wears multiple hats, leading a team of accomplished recruiters and personally identifying top-performing managers.

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and processing recruitment, Jim’s journey at Continental Search began in 2010 when he joined as a Recruiter. His ascent within the company mirrors its growth, culminating in his current role as Director of Feed & Grain Milling.

Today, Jim specializes in placing sales professionals with companies in the Enviro-Tech sector and Mill Management for Cooperatives, Feed Manufacturers, Integrated Poultry and Swine Growers. His unique perspective stems from his previous role at Midwest Headhunters, where he recruited manufacturing managers and engineers. This experience provides him with a rare “in their shoes” viewpoint, offering valuable insights into the world of top performers.

Jim leverages this knowledge, along with a deep understanding of clients’ needs, to identify and recruit key contributors who exceed those expectations.

His certification reinforces Jim’s commitment to excellence as a Certified Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Services.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jim and his wife have built a log home on a mountainside in East Tennessee. He enjoys golf, his dogs, Lambeau and Daisy, and spending time with his grandchildren.
