After earning a B.S. in Nursing and a career in call center management, Rick joined Continental Search in 2015. He has become a driving force in our Animal Health & Nutrition practice and has expanded his work into equipment and technologies that support the animal sciences. Rick and his partner in technology recruiting, Jim Hipskind, work with national and global companies to hire leaders in Sales, Technical Services, and Engineering roles.
