With a background in business process outsourcing training and management and a strong sales focus, Rick seamlessly integrated into Continental Search when he joined in 2015. Starting as a Talent Scout, he quickly advanced to Dairy Recruiter due to his recognition of talent.

In December 2018, Rick’s career trajectory soared further as he took on responsibility for recruiting both dairy and beef clients. His unique and comprehensive approach to understanding candidate achievements and career aspirations soon culminated in his promotion to Practice Director in 2022.
