Trish Valenzuela, CPC

Trish, the Practice Director for Monogastric/Pet Health & Nutrition at Continental Search, connects qualified leaders and solo contributors with national and global animal nutrition and health companies. In her multifaceted role, she recruits for technical and sales roles from solo contributors to VPs. Many of her searches are for Sales Reps and Managers, as well as Veterinarians and Nutritionists who work in technical services, innovation, and live production.

Trish’s journey with Continental Search began in 2015, following a successful career as an international flight attendant. Notably, in 2018, she accomplished the firm’s first international hire, securing a Technical Sales Manager position in Thailand for a global agriculture leader. In recognition of her substantial contributions to poultry and swine nutrition recruitment, Trish was promoted to Practice Director for all non-ruminant roles in 2022.

Trish’s passion for animal sciences extends beyond her work. She participates in industry conferences, fostering valuable face-to-face connections with clients and candidates. These interactions provide her with invaluable insights into market trends and needs, enhancing her ability to serve her clients effectively.

Trish is a Certified Personnel Consultant recognized by the National Association of Personnel Services, showcasing her commitment to excellence in the field.
