December 17, 2018 – Continental Search is proud to announce a new division, Agriculture Technology & Manufacturing. After years of focus on the animal sciences, Continental Search is adding a team to work with sales, engineering, plant management, and feed milling exclusively. Veteran recruiter Jim Hipskind, CPC will lead this team. Jim has been with the Continental Search team since late 2010. During that time he has completed searches for feed mill managers, feed additive plant managers and department heads, dairy parlor equipment manufacturers and a variety of positions in the animal sciences. Jim has over 30 years recruiting experience with most of that time solely focused on engineering and manufacturing.
Rounding out the team is Andy Chatterjee, whose promotions include from Director of Operations to Recruiter for Sales in beef and swine to now Agri-Sales Recruiter. Andy will recruit for all sales positions outside of animal health & nutrition. Maria Codilla is being promoted from Content Manager and Talent Scout to lead recruiting for feed mill management. Continental Search has recruited feed mill managers for over 15 years.
