In 2022, Maria Codilla was promoted to this role. Maria recruits farm managers, service managers, multisite production managers, live production directors, geneticists, nutritionists, and veterinarians for pork powerhouses, mid to large-sized swine producers, and swine consulting groups.
Maria believes that culture primarily influences tenure. She specializes in profiling both candidates and clients to ensure the ideal match.

Maria joined our firm as Content Manager in 2016. Impressed by her people skills, she was promoted to Talent Scout for direct-to-farm dairy nutrition jobs. After 5 years of training and contribution, Maria Codilla was promoted to Practice Manager for the Pork Industry in August 2022.
