Maria Codilla joined our firm in 2016 as a Content Manager, and her exceptional people skills quickly propelled her career forward. Recognizing her talent, she was promoted to Talent Scout, specializing in direct-to-farm dairy nutrition jobs. In December 2018, Maria earned another well-deserved promotion, assuming the role of Feed Mill Recruiter. Leveraging her expertise, in June 2022, Maria became responsible for building and expanding our practice, focusing on supporting the Pork Powerhouses and leading broiler companies.

In 2024, Maria’s role further expanded to Meat Processing, where she now leads recruitment efforts for poultry, pork, and beef processing operations.
