The Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification is offered by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Many companies prefer to work with NAPS certified recruiters as they are well-versed with regard to employment laws and best practices. They are informed about the latest legislation, employment trends and other factors that impact the talent acquisition industry.
