Continental Search is launching a new set of Industry Insights Surveys to better understand what’s happening across the animal sciences and live production industry today.

In partnership with Swineweb, Poultry Producer, Beefweb, and Dairy Producer, these surveys build on our yearly salary studies and look deeper into real-world trends, challenges, and changes in operations, management, and sales.

If you work in poultry live production, swine production, or animal sciences sales, this is your chance to share your experience and help create a more accurate picture of where the industry is headed.

What results you’ll get

Everyone who completes a survey will receive a free copy of the results when they’re ready. The reports will include insights on:

  • See what positions are most in demand and which are hardest to fill
  • Why professionals stay or move on from their roles
  • How work conditions and expectations are shifting
  • Discover emerging trends in hiring, retention, and leadership development
  • Gain insight into what others expect in the next few years (automation, management shifts, company culture etc.)

The goal is to help individuals see where they stand, where opportunities may be growing, and how the industry is changing overall.

How to participate (quick + anonymous)

All surveys open November 19, 2025, and close December 5, 2025.

They are quick (under 3 minutes each to complete), anonymous, and open to professionals working in the respective fields. No names are published, and all responses are confidential.
